We will explore consent, hands-on assists versus adjustments, the use of props, and how to work with students who have illnesses, injuries, or specific conditions. Additionally, how to consider individual and unique body structures.

You will learn to recognise that poses and movements are unique to each person, depending on anatomical differences, injuries or limitations, and their flexibility and strength capacities.

In this online module, I will guide you through setting up and building your yoga business—and support you in the process. Building a yoga business is not just about logistics; it also requires the right mindset.

I will help you uncover how to demonstrate the value of your offering and truly believe in your expertise. You will learn how to create products that align with your brand, build your brand effectively, and what you need to have to do so.

In this online module, we will focus on what truly matters. You are not only doing this for your students but also for yourself.

We will explore how to find freedom, build a successful yoga career, overcome financial fears, and expand into products that generate additional income.

In this final online module, I will give you a head start and ensure you have everything you need to get your yoga business up and running.

I will help you set up your website, Instagram, and initial marketing structure. I will also share some industry contacts to help you organise key aspects of your business, such as renting a space for a course for example or getting professional yoga photos.

Finally, I will guide you through the launch of one course, product, workshop, or event of your choice.
