PRIVATE LESSONS

Yoga training for teams and individuals. One to One private lessons with me offers you the opportunity to deepen and/or focus your yoga practice with all the benefits of a personalised approach, accessible learning and integrated experience. The lessons will be held in a yoga studio of your convenience. The rate includes studio rental and a 60 minutes private class and all the equipment needed.
